Data minimized
The beta stores account credentials, profile preferences, learning progress, career records, reports, first-party product analytics, campaign parameters, and operational audit data needed to provide and improve the service.
Campaign measurement
Tactavera retains source, campaign, and creative identifiers from links so the owner can measure landing-page visits, registrations, onboarding, and activation. Optional Meta campaign measurement is off unless a learner explicitly enables it during registration. When enabled, Tactavera may send Meta a one-way hashed email, campaign click identifier, browser type, event time, and a shared event ID for deduplication. Tactavera does not send answers, clinical narratives, passwords, patient information, or payment data to Meta.
Withdrawing optional measurement
Leaving optional campaign measurement unchecked does not prevent registration. A learner may withdraw future optional measurement through a privacy request or delete the account; browser measurement consent is stored locally and revoked when the learner declines it.
Prohibited information
Never enter patient names, dates of birth, addresses, record numbers, incident identifiers, or other identifiable patient information.
Providers
Meta Pixel and Conversions API may process consent-backed campaign events for Tactavera advertising. Other external analytics, AI, speech, billing, email, and file-storage providers remain disabled unless explicitly configured and disclosed.
